FIFA President Sepp Blatter said an agreement had been reached with Iran's soccer federation that allows the country to participate in the draw for the Asian Cup that will take place in Qatar on December 19.

Iran was suspended from international competition last month after FIFA accused the government of interfering with its national soccer federation.
