Iran Says Nuclear Work Continues At Natanz

Uranium-enrichment complex in Natanz (file photo) (epa) January 14, 2007 -- Iran says it is continuing uranium-enrichment activities at its Natanz facility in defiance of a UN Security Council resolution.

Iran has declared the installation of two cascades of 164 centrifuges apiece in Natanz and said it would start installing 3,000 centrifuges at the plant.

The resolution adopted on December 23 imposes sanctions on Iran for refusing to suspend its uranium-enrichment work.
