The trial in Tehran of three Americans charged with espionage, originally scheduled for November 6, has reportedly been postponed.

Iran's prosecutor, Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejeie, says the trial was pushed back to an undisclosed date because one of the accused, Sarah Shourd, was released and must be summoned.

Shourd flew out of Iran after she was released on bail on September 14 in a deal brokered by Oman.

Her family says she is still considering whether to return for the trial.

Two other Americans, Josh Fattal and Shane Bauer, remain in custody.

The trio insist they innocently strayed across the border from neighboring Iraq while hiking when they were detained on July 31, 2009.
