YEREVAN -- Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian has visited Azerbaijan's breakaway territory of Nagorno-Karabakh to mark the 68th anniversary of the end of World War II.
He took part in celebrations of Victor Day, which is also marked in the mainly Armenian-populated territory as the Day of Nagorno-Karabakh's Army and the anniversary of the "liberation of the town of Shusha."
