The son of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian, Ashot Pashinian, has denied reports that he was attacked. “There was no political or other attack on me. Unfortunately, I have to refute the false information being spread about me," the younger Pashinian said in an April 4 statement. Parliament Speaker Alen Simonian claimed on April 3 that Pashinian had been attacked, alleging that it was part of a series of organized provocations that could be traced to outside the country.
