The head of the Minsk subway system and the director of a factory where one of the suspects in the April bombing in the Belarusian capital worked have been dismissed and one face criminal charges.
Vladimir Fedorenko, the director of the Vitebsk tractor parts factory, was sacked for his poor performance in his work by order of the Industry Ministry.
Fedorenko is also facing charges of illegal use of money from the factory.
One of the two suspects in the Minsk metro bombing worked at the factory.
Nikolai Andreev was fired as head of the Minsk subway system for "violations of labor responsibilities," failure to implement safety regulations in the metro system, and failure to fulfill the president's directives.
Belarusian authorities say 15 people were killed and another 200 wounded in the attack.
