The Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina set November 22 as the date for a hearing into the case of Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik, who faces charges related to his efforts to ignore decisions by an international envoy. The date was announced on October 27 on the court's website. Dodik refused to enter a plea at an initial hearing on October 16, calling the proceedings "a circus." Dodik, along with the the head of Republika Srpska’s official legal gazette, Milos Lukic, is charged with criminal offenses in connection with efforts to ignore decisions by Bosnia's Constitutional Court and by the international High Representative Christian Schmidt.
