Several thousand people have gathered in Srebrenica for the 19th anniversary of the massacre of some 8,000 Muslim men and boys by Bosnian Serb forces during the country's 1992-95 war.
A total of 175 newly identified massacre victims will be laid to rest after a commemoration ceremony held at the Potocari cemetery outside Srebrenica.
So far, the remains of 6,066 people have been exhumed from mass graves and reburied at Potocari.
The massacre in Srebrenica on July 11, 1995, has been labeled as genocide by two international courts.
Meanwhile, Nils Muiznieks, the Council of Europe's commissioner for human rights, has called for a prompt investigation of a July 8 incident in which members of Women In Black, a worldwide network of women opposed to war and violence, was attacked in the town of Valjevo during a commemoration of the Srebrenica massacre.
