Health and finance ministers of the G20 countries on November 13 launched a $1.4 billion global pandemic fund ahead of the bloc's summit on the island of Bali, although the host, Indonesian President Joko Widodo, said alongside World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and World Bank President David Malpass that the sum was not enough.
