Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he doesn’t trust Iran's newly elected President Hassan Rohani, calling him a "wolf in sheep’s clothing."

Speaking on July 14 on the CBS News talk show "Face the Nation," Netanyahu accused Iran of pushing forward with a program designed to develop a nuclear weapon.

He said Iran is "getting closer and closer to the bomb," and that Tehran must "be told in no uncertain terms that that will not be allowed to happen."

Netanyahu said the Islamic republic’s nuclear policies were not likely to change under Rohani, who will take office in August.

He called on the international community to increase pressure on Iran, including imposing tougher sanctions and threatening military action.

Iran denies allegations it is pursuing nuclear weapons, saying its atomic program is peaceful.
