Kazakh authorities are continuing a probe against Qairat Satybaldy, a nephew of the former President Nursultan Nazarbaev. Kazakhstan's anti-corruption agency said on November 2 that $230 million worth of jewelry illegally obtained by Satybaldy and his associates had been returned from abroad, adding that $300 million that Satybaldy had invested abroad will be nationalized soon.
