Via RFE/RL's Georgian Service: In Batumi, some people are complaining about the marking procedures for people who have already voted -- they say the ink disappears after just 2 hours. One member of the Free Georgia party says he tried to test it, and says the marking was actually unreadble by the ink reading machine after just a couple of minutes. The same problem is being reported in Kobuleti.

Via RFE/RL correspondent: In Kutaisi, at polling N119 (in region N59), there was a scuffle between supporters of Georgian Dream and UNM. GD supporters say UNM coordinators tried to organize carousel voting.
