Floods caused by heavy rain on July 18 disrupted 46 public transportation routes in the Belarusian capital, Minsk. The Emergencies Ministry said two subway stations were briefly shut down as floods affected 38 segments of streets, one parking site, one building, and two underpasses in the city.
