A court in Pakistan on August 28 dismissed a sedition case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, his lawyer said on the messaging platform X, formerly known as Twitter.* Khan has been facing over 100 court cases since his ouster in a parliamentary vote of confidence in April 2022, after falling out with Pakistan's powerful military.
