Three people are dead and another is seriously injured after an attacker opened fire at a high school in the northwestern Bosnian town of Sanski Most. Police from the Una-Sana canton confirmed details of the August 21 shooting to RFE/RL, adding that the attacker, an employee at the school, shot three other school employees with an automatic rifle. There were no reports of students being injured, while the director of the school was among those killed, police said. According to the police, the attacker tried to commit suicide during the incident but failed and was transferred to the Banja Luka University Clinical Center with serious injuries.
