Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim says a car bomb attack in the Kurdish majority city of Diyarbakir has killed at least eight people and wounded more than 100.
Yildirim said one suspected member of the banned Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) was also killed in the blast in the southeastern city, which occurred near a police facility on the morning of November 4.
The explosion came hours after authorities detained 11 lawmakers from the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).
Those detained included HDP co-chairs Selahattin Demirtas and Figen Yuksekdag.
Security sources said they were detained as part of a counterterrorism investigation.
The HDP entered parliament for the first time last year, when it became the country's third-largest party.
Turkey claims that the HDP has links to the banned Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which the party denies.
Turkey remains under a state of emergency imposed after a failed coup in July.
