Ukraine’s Prime Minister Gave His Resignation To The President. But Will Zelenskiy Accept It?

Oleksiy Honcharuk tendered his resignation after an audio recording emerged of him allegedly questioning President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s understanding of economic issues. RFE/RL sources say the move was meant to express loyalty and the president won’t accept the offer.
