WATCH: Unrest In Portland On Second Night Of Anti-Trump Protests

Protesters marched again against President-elect Donald Trump across the United States on November 10, prompting him to charge they were "professionals" who were "incited by the media."

The mostly peaceful protests took place in Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, and Portland amid scattered acts of civil disobedience.

Dozens in Minneapolis marched onto Interstate 94, blocking traffic for at least an hour.

Some 600 people marched through downtown Baltimore, with some blocking roadways by sitting in the street. Two people were arrested, police said.

In Denver, a crowd estimated at 3,000 gathered on the grounds of the state capitol.

About 300 people gathered in downtown Dallas, while about 500 people turned out in Louisville, Kentucky. A day earlier, five people were arrested at Western Kentucky University.

Several hundred people flooded onto one of the busiest freeways in Los Angeles, causing a huge traffic backup. More than 1,000 students in San Francisco staged a citywide walkout.

Many of the California protesters are pushing a proposal to secede from the United States, arguing that the state's economy and population already are larger than most nations.

Trump's response on Twitter: "Very unfair!"
