Ihor Tokar

Ihor Tokar, a correspondent for Crimea.Realities of RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service, reports on a broad range of issues, including the militarization of Crimea and human rights violations. He co-founded the Prozoro Investigative Media Center and its web resource and wrote and directed a documentary about Maidan hero Victor Chmilenko. Tokar began his career as a reporter for many Ukrainian broadcasters, including ICTV, Channel 5, Espreso, 112 Ukraine, and Channel 24 before coming to RFE/RL in 2018.
