In his first official acknowledgment of the country's combat losses, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that 31,000 Ukrainian troops have been killed since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. Zelenskiy said he would not discuss the number of wounded, citing security reasons.
