Feliks Kulov (file photo) 1 September 2005 (RFE/RL) -- Kyrgyzstan's parliament today approved acting Prime Minister Feliks Kulov to be the country's prime minister, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reported. Earlier in the day, a Kyrgyz parliamentary committee today unanimously approved the nomination.
RFE/RL has been declared an "undesirable organization" by the Russian government.
