Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki (file photo) (Photolur) May 2, 2006 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki has said Russia and China have officially informed Tehran they will not support sanctions or military action over the country's controversial nuclear program.
Mottaki made the comment in an interview with the hard-line Iranian newspaper "Kayhan."
