Two Arrested In Moscow Blast Case


The scene of the explosion on August 21 (RFE/RL) August 22, 2006 -- Authorities in Moscow say two suspects have been arrested in connection with a bomb explosion in a market on August 21.


The explosion killed 10 people, including two children, and injured about 50 others.


Officials said the victims of the Cherkizovsky market blast included five people preliminarily identified as Chinese, and one from Vietnam.


Prosecutors say they suspect the blast may have been connected to a commercial dispute or conflict among criminal groups.
