Addressing reporters after meeting in Brussels with Turkmenistan's envoy to the OSCE, Esen Aidogdiev, Czech Foreign Minister Aleksandr Vondra said he had received assurances from his interlocutor that Ashgabat was interested in maintaining "friendly relations" with Prague.
