(ITAR-TASS) December 21, 2006 -- A leading Russian investment bank, Aton, has agreed to sell 100 percent of its business to Bank Austria Creditanstalt, a part of the Italian banking group Unicredit, for $424 million.
In a statement, the bank's owner, Aton Capital Group, said the deal is expected to be concluded in the first quarter of 2007.
