At least three people have died and more than 140 are said to be injured -- some of them critically -- after twin bomb blasts 13 seconds apart near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. No suspects are in custody, and there has not yet been any claim of responsibility. In a brief statement to reporters at the White House, President Barack Obama pledged to find the perpetrators and bring the "full weight of justice” against them.
