Serbian Opposition Stages Antigovernment Rally

Thousands joined an antigovernment march in Belgrade on the evening of December 8. The event was organized by the Alliance For Serbia opposition coalition in protest against a November 23 assault against Borko Stefanovic, the leader of the Serbian Left party. The opposition accuses people from the ruling Serbian Progressive Party of being behind the attack.
