A Russian strike on Ukraine's central city of Kryviy Rih has killed four and injured seven. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy says the January 17 attack damaged an educational facility and residential buildings. RFE/RL spoke to local resident Ihor Stepanenko, who lost his partner in the attack. He had moved to Kryviy Rih in 2023 after his wife died and his house was blown up in Kherson.
