Russian media reports say investigators have identified one of the female suicide bombers who carried out the Moscow attacks on March 29 as the teenage widow of a Caucasus militant.
The bomber was named as Dzhennet Abdurakhmanova from Daghestan's Khasavyurt region, the 17-year-old widow of a Daghestani Islamist rebel killed in 2009, Umalat Magomedov.
The reports cite unnamed investigators in Daghestan and have not been officially confirmed.
The "Kommersant" business daily published a photograph of Abdurakhmanova in an Islamic headscarf with Magomedov, both posing with pistols.
The report said investigators suspected the second suicide bomber was a Chechen woman also married to a Caucasus militant.
The two suicide bombings at Moscow Metro stations killed a total of 39 people.
