Mihanblog cites fears of interference in the tallying of votes, particularly at voting centers set up at local mosques:

If you want to vote for [Mir Hossein Musavi] go to [voting centers that have been set up at schools].

There are reports about the interference of the Basijis in the election. The counting of votes at [voting centers] in mosques will be done by the Basijis, and their interference is highly likely. For sure, [academics and teachers] will do more to safeguard people's votes.
