KABUL -- At least seven civilians were killed after a passenger bus hit a roadside bomb in the eastern Afghan province of Ghazni.
Police officials said three children and a woman were among the victims of the September 10 incident. At least 17 people were injured. Local hospital officials said some of the injured were in critical condition.
The bus was heading to the capital, Kabul, from southern Kandahar Province.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Taliban militants have a strong presence in Afghanistan's eastern and southern provinces and frequently launch attacks on military and civilian targets.
