Ukrainians Welcome Soldiers Released In Prisoner Swap

A new batch of prisoners of war returned to Ukraine late on October 18. Buses brought a total of 95 soldiers back from Russian captivity. The Ukrainian president's office released footage showing emotional scenes of the soldiers being welcomed by their loved ones at an undisclosed location. Ukraine released an equal number of Russian soldiers in a swap mediated by the United Arab Emirates.
