TALLINN -- Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili says his country plans to sign an association agreement with the European Union in the spring of 2014.
Ivanishvili made his statement to reporters after meeting with Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet in Tallinn on September 8.
During his two-day visit to Estonia, Ivanishvili was scheduled to meet with President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, speaker of parliament Ene Ergma, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, and the minister of economic affairs and communications, Juhan Parts.
The Georgian delegation arrived in Tallinn from the Latvian capital, Riga.
