Moscow Police Detain Nearly 150 At Protests Against Constitutional Change

Police detained around 150 people in Moscow at a protest against changes to the Russian Constitution that will allow President Vladimir Putin to remain in power until 2036. Organizers said they were preparing a lawsuit to challenge the legality of the recent nationwide vote approving the constitutional changes.
