By The Numbers: Journalists Targeted In Ukraine
According to a new report by a Kyiv-based nongovernmental press freedom organization, 136 journalists have been beaten, injured, detained, or had their equipment damaged since the start of antigovernment protests in November 2013. The Institute of Mass Information has estimated that 54 journalists have bean assaulted and beaten by police and security forces.
