Russia's Investigative Committee said it has launched a probe against a blogger from Tajikistan for allegedly inciting hatred over a video "humiliating women with Slavic features" that he claims is fake. The Telegram channels Ostorozhno, Novosti, and Shot identified the blogger as Salmon Jumaboi, a native of Tajikistan, who resides in Moscow. According to the channels, the charge against him stems from a video where he allegedly says that "soon all the Russian girls will be ours."
