Aleksei Navalny Says Second Round Is Inevitable In Moscow Election
Opposition activist and mayoral candidate Aleksei Navalny told a press conference that his rival, incumbent acting Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, has not received enough votes to win the mayoral election without a second round. But exit polls released after voting ended indicate that Sobyanin has received more than 50 percent of the vote, meaning an outright victory. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
