Police in Siberia detained human rights activist Olga Suvorova on December 18 on her arrival in the city of Krasnoyarsk from Moscow, where she took part in the meeting of a group that proposed journalist Yekaterina Duntsova a day earlier as a candidate in the presidential election scheduled for March 17.
