There is no war fatigue in Russia yet because President Vladimir Putin and the government-controlled media have been convincing society that "there is no war," exiled Kremlin opponent Mikhail Khodorkovsky believes. Once Putin "creates the feeling that there is a war, the clock will start ticking" for him, the opposition activist said in comments about the ongoing Ukrainian military incursion into Russia's Kursk region. Khodorkovsky is a dissident businessman who spent 10 years in Russian prison. Current Time editor Ksenia Sokolyanskaya interviewed him on September 1 on the sidelines of the Globsec security conference in Prague.
