EU Leaders Hold Emergency Meeting On Ukraine Ahead Of U.S.-Russia Talks

French President Emmanuel Macron is hosting European leaders for an emergency summit on the Ukraine war after U.S. officials suggested Europe would not have a role in any talks on ending the conflict.
