-- Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, said Moscow and Kyiv intend to carry out another prisoner swap later this month.
-- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has called for an extraordinary parliamentary session to be held on March 4 to discuss law enforcement and anti-corruption matters.
