Pro-Russian Militants Retake Mariupol City Hall

Pro-Russian forces retook control of the city hall in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol after Ukrainian forces briefly drove them out with tear gas overnight. The Ukrainian forces had reportedly withdrawn and there were no reports of clashes with the pro-Russian side. The pro-Russian activists flew Russian flags from the City Hall and built barricades inside and outside the building. (Reuters video)
