President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said that Kyiv next week will present a resolution to the United Nations on peace in Ukraine. Zelenskiy said the resolution would propose a "comprehensive, just, and sustainable peace in Ukraine, and therefore the restoration of the full force of the international order based on rules." Zelenskiy made the comment in an address on February 17 to a summit of the leaders of the Caribbean Commonwealth and called on them to support the resolution.
