Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has ordered the creation of a special commission to carry out an audit of heads of military draft offices in regions across the country. After meeting his top military commanders, Zelenskiy on June 23 said the commission would be headed by General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, who is first deputy defense minister.
