Among the 27 people killed when a Russia missile slammed into the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsya one year ago: Liza, a 4-year-old girl with Down syndrome. “Even if all of Russia is destroyed, it will not bring back our loved ones,” said her mother, Iryna Dmytriyeva.
