A new film focusing on life in Belarus under the man known as the last dictator in Europe was set to premiere in London on March 1. The film, fittingly called, "Europe's Last Dictator" was partially filmed undercover in Belarus, where people are forbidden from gathering in public, the media is censored, and telephone conversations are monitored.
