Ukrainian Security Official Blasts Putin's Statement On Referendum

Andriy Parubiy, secretary of Ukraine's national security and defense council, criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin's call on separatist leaders in eastern Ukraine to postpone a referendum on self-determination.
