Rio Olympics, Day 1
The Rio Olympics are now in full swing after the Summer Games were declared officially open on August 5 in Brazil. The first complete day of competition on August 6 saw three new swimming world records fall as well as plenty of action in other sports, including judo, road cycling, volleyball, basketball, shooting, and archery.
