Erdogan Welcomes Putin On Ankara Visit

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived on April 3 on an official visit to the Turkish capital, Ankara, where he appeared with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan outside the Presidential Palace. The two leaders observed a live video broadcast of a groundbreaking ceremony for Turkey’s first nuclear power plant, which is being built with Russian collaboration in Akkuyu near the port city of Mersin.
