Kharkiv Town Near Russian Border Vacant But Still Being Shelled
Russian shells continue to fall on a ruined ghost town in Ukraine's Kharkiv region near the border between the two countries. Meanwhile, they've discovered caches of ammunition abandoned by the Russians, including shells packed with nails -- a violation of international law.
